Electrical Training for Convertors & Manufacturers

The aim of this training is to provide the skills and knowledge required to carry out work safely when working on or with electrical equipment in a caravan or motorhome, with special emphasis on how BS7671 and EN 1648 are to be implemented.

The course is suitable for persons involved with the design, construction, testing and documentation of electrical equipment in caravans and motorhomes, including convertors and manufacturers. The objective is the proper design and verification of electrical equipment for: maintainability, sustainability and durability.

The course is divided into three sections:

  • Low voltage (AC) circuits and protection
  • Initial verification and documentation
  • Extra-low voltage (DC) circuits and protection

Upon completion of this training, you will be issued a certificate of achievement and the ability to purchase our Electrical Installation Certificates to use to sign off your installations.
