Dometic UK is part of the Dometic Group, a leading international manufacturer of innovative comfort products for the Camping & Caravan, Marine, Automotive and Lodging/Retail market. The intention is to increase the satisfaction of the end customers of Dometic products and to strengthen their loyalty to the Dometic brand.

The following qualification will enable you to work on the Dometic RV product range and provide warranty and non-warranty servicing on these product ranges. You will enter into a Dometic Service Agreement to become part of Dometic Service Partnership Network and support the end user of this leading brand.

This course is delivered over two-days and will cover:

• Refrigeration
  
• Air-conditioners
  
• Sanitation
• Cooking appliances
• Windows, doors, rooflights and awnings.
  

Eligible candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• Caravan Service Award
• Electrical Test and Inspection and Extra Low Voltage or equivalent
• STGW/ACS LPG Gas Qualification.

If you do not have the minimum training modules listed above prior to starting your course, you will not be eligible to apply for this valued programme.

Upon successful achievement of the full programme, a certificate of achievement will be issued, this qualification is valid for 5 years.
